Introductions
Hey folks hope you all are doing well, recently I attended GitHub Field India, I was one of the selected members all over India. [basically building a community or managing a community ] I have done community work and got selected.
The conference starts with the introduction and the aim to learn from each other's mistakes and share common problems faced by the community/network with like-minded people. It was an unconference.
An unconference is a participant-driven meeting. The term "unconference" has been applied, or self-applied, to a wide range of gatherings that try to avoid hierarchical aspects of a conventional conference, such as sponsored presentations and top-down organization.

Keynote
- Paras Pundir (proud community builder) What should be the community mindset/nature?
Will I be able to get recognition? Will I be respected for the path I have chosen?
Yes definitely you just need to start with a small group of folks helping each other. [respect, self-esteem, status, recognition, strength]
Either build a community or join one and contribute FOREVER
Why this mindset?
You become a better public speaker, have the qualities of a great leader, take part in an interesting and engaging community, make friends from different corners of the world, you could be the go-to person in your field, and a lot more.
You never grow alone but always with the community
One-to-one Networking
This was one of my favorite part. But I missed a couple of minutes fixing my camera yes finally I fixed my camera and meet amazing folks.
